Personal Property & Fleet Management Specialist
Navarro Research & Engineering, Inc. is recruiting for a Personal Property & Fleet Management Specialist in Westminster, CO.

Under minimal supervision, participates in the development, administration, and operation of a Personal Property Management and Fleet Management Program
Implements Personal Property and Fleet Management procedures, preventative / corrective maintenance plans, and dispatching processes, etc.
Participates in the development of Personal Property and Fleet reports and proposes corrective actions as necessary; may assist with inventory processes or internal audits as necessary.
Generates reports and meeting notes relative to the assigned Personal Property Management and Fleet activities.
Assists in developing and implementing Personal Property Management program in a Corporate setting
Large vehicle fleet management
Data Analysis & Reporting - Ability to digest and represent large amounts of data accurately and completely in order to provide credible information to the client that will be used to make well-informed decisions tailored to appropriate stewardship of taxpayer assets.
Interprets Government regulations and mandates for reporting data to HQ and the environmental management group.
Assist with coordination of office moves and other facility management processes
Promote vehicle and workplace safety to a variety of different audiences
At times will interact with Federal client to report on Fleet and Personal Property deliverables
Some technical report writing
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate or similar field.
5 - 10 years experience in fixed asset, personal property, and/or fleet management.
strong writing skills and database skills are a plus, selected candidates will be required to provide writing samples during the interview process.
Able to communicate in verbal and written form
Drive and operate a GSA vehicle, forklift, and electric car
Ability to work alone, sometimes outside in inclement weather
Related certification preferred. Such as Certified Personal Property Specialist (CPPS), Certified Personal Property Administrator (CPPA), Certified Federal Fleet Specialist (CFFS), or Certified Fleet Administrator (CFFA)
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
